FixGyver Solutions LLC provides welding, metal fabrication, and repair services. The specific work for each job will be described in your quote, estimate, or agreement with us.

2. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes and estimates are based on the information and photos you provide and on the conditions we can see at the time.
If the scope of work changes, or we find hidden damage or conditions that could not reasonably be seen beforehand, we will let you know and the price may change. We will get your approval before doing additional work.
Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote, or 30 days if no period is stated.

3. Appointments and Scheduling

You can book a call or appointment through our website or by contacting us. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. Schedules can be affected by weather, material availability, and other factors outside our control; if that happens, we will contact you to reschedule.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate contact information and project details.
Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area, and let us know about any known hazards.
If you supply your own materials or parts, you are responsible for their quality and suitability.

5. Payment

Payment is due when the work is completed unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. For larger jobs or custom fabrication, we may require a deposit before ordering materials or starting work. Accepted payment methods will be listed on your quote or invoice.

6. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from FixGyver Solutions LLC about appointments, quotes, service updates, and customer care. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; after you reply STOP, you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
